These Terms of Service govern the relationship between Homebox Europe, UIC 208692876 (hereinafter referred to as "the Company", "we" or "us") and users of the website homebox-eu.com and the HomeBox mobile application (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform").

By using the Platform, you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Services

The Platform provides the following services:

• Publishing and browsing real estate listings (sale and rent)
• Finding and connecting with craftsmen and home service providers
• Sending property viewing requests
• Communication between users and the Platform administration

3. Registration and User Account

• Registration is required to use certain features of the Platform
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• Information provided during registration must be true and up to date
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. User Obligations

When using the Platform, users agree to:

• Not publish false, misleading, or illegal information
• Not use the Platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes
• Not violate the rights of third parties
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to Platform systems
• Not distribute viruses or other malicious software

5. Property Listings

• Property listings are informational and do not constitute a binding offer
• The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of information in listings published by third parties
• We reserve the right to remove listings that violate these terms or applicable legislation
• Photos and property descriptions are provided by owners or their representatives

6. Craftsman Services

• The Platform connects users with craftsmen and service providers
• The Company is not a party to contracts between users and craftsmen
• We are not responsible for the quality of services provided by craftsmen
• We recommend users verify craftsmen's qualifications before assigning work

7. Intellectual Property

All materials on the Platform, including design, logo, texts, graphics, and software, are the property of Homebox Europe or licensed from third parties. Use without express permission is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

• The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation
• We are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Platform
• We are not responsible for the actions of third parties (craftsmen, property sellers)
• We do not guarantee the availability of specific properties or services

9. Personal Data Protection

Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation (GDPR).

10. Registration Consent and Data Visibility

10.1 Craftsmen

By registering as a craftsman, you consent that your profile, services, location, and contact information will be publicly visible on the Platform and may be indexed by search engines. Your contact information may be shared with clients who request your services.

10.2 Clients

By registering as a client and publishing property listings, you consent that your listings will be publicly visible on the Platform and may be indexed by search engines. Your contact information may be shared with users who inquire about your properties.

10.3 GDPR Legal Basis

The processing of your data is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and the performance of the contract for the services you use (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time by deleting your account or contacting us at [email protected].

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect from the moment of their publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. All disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved by the competent Bulgarian court.
